How long does shipping take?

Shipping rates will vary depending on the shipping destination and the number or your order. We usually ship faster than customer's expectation and the correct amount of expedited shipping fee will show up at the check out page

We offers Free Shipping for all order, shipping is calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.

How do I get to know if it will size me or not?

The size of lock bracelets for couples and Necklaces and other accessories are normal size for male and female but we recommend that you measure your wrist before buying to avoid it not fitting your wrist.

How do I return or replace my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
